Parking spots #3,4, 5 are reserved for our patients - please feel free to park in these spots. #3 and 4 face 221A St, #5 faces 52nd Ave. If these spots are taken, there is pay parking available.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not direct-bill extended medical providers, ICBC or WCB. Direct-billing is only available for RCMP/VAC. You will be required to pay for your appointment, and we will issue you a receipt which you can submit to your extended medical provider for reimbursement.

REMINDER: during winter weather and questionable road conditions, please keep an eye on the forecast and manage your appointments accordingly. We ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule, excepting genuine emergencies. Waiting until the last minute to reschedule due to weather plays havoc with our scheduling, and deprives patients on the wait list of the ability to access a vacated appointment. Thank you.
